19bd Terms & Conditions

19bd is an offshore online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh and other eligible jurisdictions. The platform provides access to sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket, including the Bangladesh Premier League, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international ODI and Test matches), a live casino powered by internationally certified game providers, RNG slot titles, a sports exchange via Crickex, and real-money card games including Pool Rummy.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all products, services, features, and content made available through 19bd, whether accessed via web browser on desktop or mobile. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by 19bd, you enter into a binding agreement with us governed by these Terms.

19bd operates as an offshore platform. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 19bd makes no representations that use of the platform is legal in all locations. Players in Bangladesh use the platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

To register an account and use the 19bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities, automated systems, and minors are prohibited from holding accounts.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or in which 19bd has chosen not to operate.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 19bd, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not been previously excluded from 19bd or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion request or enforcement action.
• You are not using the platform in connection with any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

19bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable identity documents include Bangladesh National Identity Cards (NID), valid passports, and government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on 19bd. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 19bd reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any associated winnings, and forfeit any funds deposited into the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (email address or mobile number). You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

• All account information must be provided in your own legal name. Aliases, pseudonyms, or fictitious identities are not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. 19bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.
• You must notify 19bd immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting [email protected].
• 19bd may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account or close an existing account without being required to state a reason.

Account registration and use of the 19bd platform is free of charge. 19bd does not charge fees for account creation, login, or general navigation of the platform. Transaction fees (if any) applicable to specific payment methods are disclosed in the cashier section prior to completion of any transaction.

All account balances on 19bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 19bd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.
• 19bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. Additional documentation may be requested.
• Deposited funds that have not been subject to at least one settled wager may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved.
• 19bd does not guarantee any particular exchange rate where currency conversion may be applicable.
• In the event of suspected fraud or money laundering, 19bd may freeze account funds and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

Players are encouraged to use only payment methods they legally own and control. 19bd assumes no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking holidays. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) applies to all transaction timestamps and processing windows.

All bets placed on 19bd are subject to the specific market rules applicable to that event or game type, in addition to these general Terms. Market-specific rules are displayed within each product section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between a market-specific rule and these general Terms, the market-specific rule shall take precedence for that betting market only.

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference number. Do not assume acceptance based solely on selection or stake entry.
• Minimum stake per bet is ৳50 across most markets. Maximum stake limits vary by event and are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• 19bd reserves the right to limit stake sizes for any player, market, or event at its sole discretion and without advance notice.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), 19bd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to internet connectivity and platform availability. 19bd accepts no liability for bets not received due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Player's account balance within five (5) minutes of official result confirmation.

For cricket markets specifically, 19bd follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes and official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board (BCB, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent). Results are taken from official sources only.

From time to time, 19bd may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside the offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform. They may not be sold, traded, or transferred between accounts.
• 19bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is found.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Durga Puja are subject to their own individual terms published at the time of launch.
• Bonus funds wagered on restricted game categories (as specified in individual promotion terms) will not count towards rollover completion.

If 19bd determines that a Player has exploited or abused any bonus offer — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, employing low-risk hedging strategies, or coordinating with other accounts — 19bd may void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and restrict the Player's access to future promotions.

Players must use the 19bd platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, match results, or exchange markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies for profit.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 19bd staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is prohibited from using the platform (including minors and previously excluded players).

19bd employs real-time fraud detection, behavioural analytics, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Findings of prohibited conduct may be shared with third parties including law enforcement, gaming regulators, and other platforms as permitted by applicable law.

All content on the 19bd platform — including but not limited to the 19bd name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, odds calculations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 19bd or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 19bd platform solely for their personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written consent from 19bd.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the platform.
• Creating derivative works based on the platform's design, code, or content.
• Using the 19bd brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context outside the platform without express written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by their applicable content licences.

19bd collects, stores, and processes personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

19bd uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between the Player's device and our servers. Stored personal data is protected by access controls, encryption at rest, and regular security audits.

• 19bd will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Personal data may be shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners) solely for the purpose of facilitating transactions.

In particular, 19bd accepts no liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets placed in error by the Player.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability caused by third-party technology providers, internet service providers, or events beyond 19bd's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any tax obligations, financial losses, or legal consequences arising from the Player's use of the platform in their jurisdiction.
• Decisions, outcomes, or results of sporting events, game results, or exchange market positions.

19bd's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 19bd account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the Player's account and the agreement constituted by these Terms at any time.

Player-initiated closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 19bd support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance of verified, non-bonus funds will be returned to the Player's designated payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

19bd-initiated suspension or closure: 19bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.
• A determination by 19bd, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform or its users.

Upon 19bd-initiated closure for cause, 19bd reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation, and to permanently forfeit funds associated with confirmed fraudulent or prohibited activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 19bd is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that 19bd operates as an offshore platform and that the legal framework governing online betting in Bangladesh is subject to change. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with Bangladeshi law as it applies to their individual circumstances. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as 19bd providing legal advice to any Player.

19bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 19bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform's announcement system or by email to the address registered on the Player's account.

Continued use of the 19bd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
